Some of our items are hand made right here in the USA. We do source some of our other products that are not made in USA but are still ethically produced. For a complete product listing of which products are made here in US, please request via email hello@averywyatt.com . 

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

All physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system. Promotional emails are only sent to customers who opt-in via the newsletter form in the website footer or via the checkout.

When you provide your information such as address, personal information, credit card verification, etc through placing an order or subscribing to the newsletter, we imply that you are giving consent for our use of that information for a specific purpose.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Our website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. Our site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes including to operate and personalize the website. Also, cookies may also be used to track how you use the site to target ads to you on other websites.

We reserve the right to modify our policies when we see necessary. 

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at Checkout. 

We are so excited for you to receive your comfy clothes! Typically, we ship all orders within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to ship as soon as possible. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please first contact the carrier. If they are not able to assist, contact us at hello@averywyatt.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns/Exchanges

We hope you absolutely LOVE your clothing as much as we loved creating them for you. All sales are final. Avery Wyatt does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If there is an issue with your order, please email us at hello@averywyatt.com and a real person with a real heart will be in touch with you to come up with a solution. We will handle these on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
